Terms of Service

By scheduling or participating in coaching or wellness sessions with Whole-Self Wellness LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

 

Whole-Self Wellness offers coaching and wellness services intended to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. These are not medical or psychiatric treatments.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation

 

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.

3. Payment

 

Payment is due before or at the time of service unless part of a prepaid package. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Confidentiality

 

We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions is confidential except in cases where disclosure is legally required.

5. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and well-being during and after coaching sessions. We do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
